Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept Online Full Payment as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable. Full payment must be made at checkout for online orders. In case of pricing or stock errors, we may cancel the order.

Product Display
Colors may slightly vary due to lighting / screen display. This will not be considered a product fault.

Shipping
Delivery time is approx 8 to 12 working days (excluding holidays). Courier delays are not under our control.

Exchange / Return
We currently don’t offer refunds. Exchanges are only accepted under genuine issues as per our Exchange Policy. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.

Privacy
Your personal information remains confidential and is only shared with courier for delivery purpose.
